I ran across a similar image a while ago and had to make one for myself! After a few failed attempts (not having a pattern didn't help much) I finally had success! (it looks a little dis-proportionate, but it's even in real life, just had it folded wrong, promise!)
Due to my current obsession with it, more pictures will most likely come this weekend.

ReplyDeleteHi Abi! My name is Jessica and I am Ryan Hock's sister. He shared your blog with me awhile back (which is great by the way) and really wanted me to knit him the beard hat you made above. I love how yours has turned out and was wondering if you had any tips for me. I was thinking of knitting him one for Christmas. I know you didn't follow a pattern and I wasn't planning on buying the pattern either so I am hoping to save myself some of the time of winging it - especially since it is already almost Christmas.
